Food on Foot - Head of Marketing & Communications

Food on Foot is a nonprofit organization with the mission to assist the homeless of Los Angeles through programs that provide nutritious meals, clothing, work opportunities and ultimately the transition to full-time employment and life off the streets. 

As the current Head of Marketing & Communications for Food on Foot, I lead the day-to-day corporate communications and marketing responsibilities.


My responsibilities include managing the organization's WordPress website, strategizing and spearheading digital and traditional marketing proposals, distributing segmented emails to the 10,000 + donor and volunteer database including 450+ monthly giving members who donate $98 per month.  

I also manage Food on Foot's social media pages and run Facebook ads with a budget of $25,000 per year.

Other accomplishments include creating promotional videos, editing photos, and creating brochures.

The First Tee of Greater Pasadena - Marketing Coordinator

The First Tee of Greater Pasadena is a nonprofit with a mission to provide youth with educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

As Marketing Coordinator, I managed teams of up to eight people while spearheading the creation of  marketing and promotional items.


Accomplishments include creating a digital marketing strategy with Google Adwords, social media targeted advertisement campaigns, and SEO improvements.


Additional achievements include spearheading the Greater Pasadena chapter's annual review and company brochures, drafting press releases, designing social media ads and flyers, producing promotional videos and distributing newsletters.

Nonprofit Leadership Summit - Facebook Ads Manager

Founded by nonprofit expert and consultant Mazarine Treyz, the Nonprofit Leadership Summit is an annual 3-day online seminar. Speakers include nonprofit experts and gurus including Erika Waasdorp, Ellen Bristol, and Bruce Burtch.

As the Facebook Ads Manager, I created  and implemented several Facebook ads leading a highly targeted audience to the Nonprofit Leadership Summit landing page.
